TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them!

USAGE

  • The commissions are not to be printed in any way that could bring Income. For this reason, check the "Commercial Commission" section. You can however print the commission for your personal usage.

  • You may not edit the commission yourself nor order anyone to edit it.

  • You may use the commission for any personal usage.

  • You may not post the original full-sized file online.

  • You may not claim the authorship of the artwork.

RIGHTS

  • I may want to post your commission on my social medias. If you don't want me to, let me know beforehand.

  • I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.

  • I will always put a small watermark in my drawings to protect myself from art theft.

PROCESS

  • I don't accept upfront payments. I will send you a sketch by e-mail before the payment. After your approval, you can proceed the payment so I can finish the commission.

  • Payment via paypal only.

  • The commission may take up to 2 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other projects or personal issues.

  • You are allowed to make edits on the sketching phase, but not on the colouring phase. Any minor change (colour palette, adding small details) will be free, any other major changes will require extra fee.

  • Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start linearting.

  • You will get a digital HD copy of the drawing (PNG,JPG or both) on demand.

REFUNDS

  • You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn't made yet.

  • I do not refund the commission once I started working on it.

  • If I, for some reasons, cannot complete the commission after the payment has been made, I will make a full refund.

  • Please make sure I'm the right person for you to commission! Please don't request character/types of dawing that don't go well with my style or else you might end up disappointed or your request wil be refused. If you feel unsure, feel free to ask.

  • The commission prices shown beloew aew the base NON-COMMERCIAL prices, meaning the are for your personal use only. Commercial commissions are always x2 the price.

  • Payment has to be maade within 7 days or else your commission will be canceled.

I draw:

  • Female-Male Anime/Manga characters

  • Female-Male Videogame Characters

  • Female-Male original characters

I don't draw:

  • Big Animals/Furry/Lamia (only tails and ears are fine!)

  • Mecha/Armor

  • Monsters (pokémon and small pets are okay)

  • Extremely gore scenes (some blood is fine)

  • Males with beard

  • Older people

  • Background without characters on it

  • Realistic Potraits
